We don’t say it enough but this year we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary. We’ll do it properly on October 30th at OUR PARTY (special guest Phil Asher) and we’ve got some other things lined up for y’all to enjoy the experience we’ve built up all those years.

Apart from the fact that we’re still going strong and still are doing it with all of our heart, there’s more we’re proud of. Like being true pioneers. We were upfront booking artists (Red Astaire (2005), Trus’me (2008), Benji B (2008),…), hosting them way before the more established venues in Belgium even noticed them. More than often a bit too ahead for our own good we must admit. On the national tip Red D (& Lady Linn) and Lefto were practically residents at one point. Way before they got the (inter)national fame (we booked them both for the first time in 2004).

But the thing we’re most proud of is that we’ve inspired a few people to be creative. Some became DJ, some started organising parties themselves, some took their hobby to the next level. Our ‘in house’ photographer of the first couple of years, Dlux, captured many of the finer moments at our parties at JH Eenders (see pics in the middle of this post). Something for which we are most grateful. Even in those pictures, taken with a simple compact camera, you see his talent. His photos are far better than the ones we took ourselves and even beat the competition of the more professional ones we’ve got.

It’s nice to see he’s still doing what he did back then. Stepping up his game a few notches but still capturing the party vibe. Check out his Flickr account to see his oeuvre. We’re glad we have helped him getting this far.
