Playlist Radio Show 19/10/2010 – Pierre Anckaert & Louis Vandeleest in The Studio

This week we had Pierre Anckaert, one of Brussels finest Jazz pianists, and LuiGi, from Infinitskills fame, in our studio to talk about the Strings Attached project, gigs, music and a joint venture between our two guests called 74 Miles Away. That’s a project coming out on Melting Pot Music in February where one side of the LP are original compositions by Pierre performed with a band and the other side reworks of those tracks by Eric Paquet and Louis Vandeleest (aka Infinitskills). With vocals by Carina Andersson, Ahu & Miles Bonny. You’ll hear both an original and the rework of that in our show. Super exclusive as virtually no one expect the makers have heard this before.

On top of that we give tickets away for a gig of the Pierre Anckaert Quintet performing this Thursday the Strings Attached music at Jazz Station and tickets for FortyFive, L-Fêtes party at Libertine / Supersport this Saturday with as guest Lefto.
