First one of 2024 with the both of us. An eclectic selection slightly rendered more complicated by someone who used the Serato box and wasn’t bothered to connect things properly after his session. One would think people had become smart enough to skip that nonsense by now. Anyway, we’ve got a new credo. A twist on Gilles Peterson’s “Play More Jazz”. Which we fully have embarked upon. So lets add “Drink More Lambic” to that. All while we’re taking you on a trip which takes us, musically, all over the world (and place) while paying tribute to Les McCann (RIP) and serving you the spoils of our cratedigging sessions of past few weeks.
